Head of Operations
I have been at Flambard Williams since 2019, and what a journey its been. I have worked extremely hard to work my way from knowing very little about the industry to where I am today, which is the Head of Operations.
My job entails overseeing all functions of the business to ensure that each department runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes sales progression, lettings, finance, and human resources.
Each day is a new challenge and I am grateful to be surrounded by an extremely supportive team who’s goals align with my own. What I love most about work is that I am in an industry where you are open to endless new and exciting opportunities. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for Flambard Williams!
On a personal level, I love learning and doing new things, along with seeing new cultures. I love to spend a lot of time with my sisters, who I love being around and of course have great days and nights out with my close friends.
