One question I always seem to get asked is “where would I buy?”

In the short time I’ve been at Flambard Williams there is always a clear winner for me and it’s Manchester. In my opinion it is a great city to look into whether it’s your first buy to let property or you’re looking to add to your portfolio. Property prices have risen by 8.5% in the last 12 months which is huge compared to the likes of London. Manchester also offers you high rental returns as well as its long term growth.

With a 55% retention rate from university students and it’s billion pound regeneration schemes, it’s a city in high demand.

Now, if I had to single out a specific property for the region right now it would be Paragon House.

Perfectly located in between 3 tram stations as well as a short walk from Old Trafford Football Stadium and Media City.

The location though isn’t the only highlight, the price point really stands out for me. We are purchasing 10-15% below market value compared to neighbouring developments offering some exponential capital growth over the build. Finished to a really high specification, this development has everything an investor requires.
