About the company
Flambard Williams was founded in 2012 as a specialist property investment company, providing expert property solutions outside of traditional asset classes. Initially dealing with a range of developments in London and Essex, the company gradually expanded and in 2014 became nationwide. Flambard Williams continued to progress within the property investment and buy to let industry and from this, became worldwide just two years later.
Now, our team of specialist consultants still continue to be dedicated and passionate about finding a property suited to your requirements, with focus on finding investors properties that are tailored to them. Recognised for being at the forefront of providing professional and unique property consultancy services for investors and home buyers around the globe, Flambard Williams won the UK Property Investors Award 2016-17 and again won 3 awards in 2017-2018 cementing our place among the best companies in the UK.

Flambard Williams purchased by Christopher Whetstone to solely concentrate on the Investment property sector. Expanded our operations around the UK as it was evident the North of England was giving far greater income yield and growth than the South.

Our Mission
At Flambard Williams, our ultimate goal is to supply investors with competitive quarterly revenue streams, delivering products with strong potential to grow in asset value. We do this through expert solutions provided by our extensive network of property developers. In addition to this, we can assist home buyers with finding their dream home by finding out what they are looking for in a property, and doing our best to exceed their expectations by finding the best location and development based on their budget.
Charity Community
At Flambard Williams we believe that at some point in everyone’s life, help is needed. Whether that is short-term or long-term help, Flambard Williams is committed to helping others and has made and will continue to make a number of charitable donations. We have previously taken a week off work to source food from farmers and growers and work with charities such as CHESS to distribute the food. Other charities that are close to our heart are children’s charities such as Barnardos as we believe that if children have the best start in life they can possibly have it will create a better society in years to come.
We are also passionate about the environment. The MD, Christopher Whetstone, has 5 children and as aware unless we see a dramatic shift on policy and how we judge success, their future may be starkly different from his and not for the positive. This is why we will keep our carbon footprint down whereeve possible, use sustainable products in and out of the office and contribute to as many green charities where possible.
2023 will be a big year for our contributions as our very own Ricky Ellson is set to compete in the New York Marathon on 5th November. He will be documenting his training and his trials and tribulations along the way, stay tuned for some laughter and tears on Ricky’s journey. Importantly, stay tuned on how to donate.
