I am Jayson, the Lettings Manager for Flambard Williams, and I head up the traditional lettings department.
My first job in property management was a building manager at a residential building in Manchester. As I worked my way up, it always puts a smile on my face to see the journey and now I am at Flambard Williams I truely feel at home, I honestly can’t see myself working anywhere else.
I love spending time with my wife and kids, challenging ourselves, oh and keeping on top of my DIY at home when my wife tells me to.
Back to Flambard Williams, with an ever growing number of lets to manage and my burning ambition to get to over 500 traditional lets within the next 2 years I know my department is only going to go from strength to strength.
My journey into the property investment world has been insightful and inspiring to say the least. Being the newest member of Flambard Williams, I cannot fault the team for the warm welcome and guidance into this exciting industry. I’ve worked in sales my whole career starting from stationery and furniture supplies, all the way to corporate foreign exchange.
I am now a proud member delivering honest, factual advice to clients all over the globe – ensuring they have made the right investment decision for their long and short-term financial goals, which I find truly rewarding.
