After taking over Flambard Williams in 2013 my sole purpose was to build the company to become not only the industry leader in the UK, but globally.
I used my 20 years of experience in global property sales to push the company to where we are today. Having worked and sold property in multiple countries, including Dubai, South Africa, Spain, Italy and, of course, the UK. I am well placed to work out market trends and opportunities.
I am a big advocate that the MD should lead from the front. They need to be seen and be able to turn to any role within the company and have a good understanding and level of competency within this role.
The company is now at the stage where we have multiple global offices outside of our London Based headquarters. We are developing our own sites and we are all very excited for the future of Flambard Williams.
On a personal level I have 5 amazing children and a fantastic wife. I am a big believer in the quality of life and time with family as this is more important than any other achievement in my opinion.
To relax I play a number of musical instruments including the piano, attempt to play golf and try and keep as fit as possible with all the youngsters in the office.
Finally, it’s gratifying to look back at what we have achieved as a team for our clients and how much we have grown since I purchased the company in 2013. We have won several International Property Awards in multiple categories over the years. Winning those awards demonstrates that we excel in our advisory role along with the company’s after-sales and lettings side, which is critical, as it’s the lettings where you make money.
