As the newest part of the team, my journey into the role has been an educational rollercoaster with new information at every turn but thankfully it’s all soaking in! I feel this has put me in a really good position to understand and help educate some of my clients who are looking at purchasing property with little or no experience. I really enjoy guiding people through the process and watching them grow their portfolio.

Coming from a different industry into the property market can at times be daunting, especially with it being quite an uncertain time. With Brexit and the COVID-19 outbreak, nobody was really sure on how the market was going to turn with some experts saying the market would fall up to 30%. However, contrary to popular belief, that was not the case. Almost the reverse can be said, especially in the north west with house prices set to rocket up to 30% over the next 5 years.
