Prior to joining Flambard Williams, I was a Manager at a hotel in Manchester City Centre. This provided me with valuable experience in the hospitality industry, understanding guests’ needs when booking short stays, identifying busy periods throughout the year, and knowing how to maximise revenue during quieter seasons.
Outside of work, I switch back into mother mode. I love spending time with my 2 kids as much as possible. There’s nothing quite like a family day out, discovering new things together and making memories.
At work, I love a challenge. Managing SkyLet is never the same from one day to the next; one day may be smooth and the next may throw 100 different obstacles at me.
